Handika Tjen

Handika has been focusing on litigation and enforcement matters. He has represented foreign banks, financial institutions, multinational companies and state owned enterprises in court litigation and arbitration proceedings. He has particular experiences in investment dispute, debt restructuring and intellectual property cases.

He also has experience in handling capital market and other corporate transactions, such as initial public offering, right issue and franchise agreements. He is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

Handika also involves on some pro bono services provided by the firm. One of the pro bono cases that he has involved in was when he acted as a legal counsel to a non-profit global foundation that focuses on harnessing the underappreciated strengths of the poor.
