Kristian Takasdo Simorangkir is a litigator who specializes in commercial dispute matters. He is experienced in advising and representing international clients as well as big local corporate groups before Indonesian courts, Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Singapore High Court, and London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Kristian advised and represented multinational corporations in cases involving huge claims before courts in Indonesia and overseas as well as arbitration tribunals.
Kristian obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Indonesia, where he studied law, focusing on law related to business activities. He also has attended tax courses at Tax Training House, Jakarta.
Kristian is a member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI). In addition, he is a member of Asosiasi Advokat Indonesia (AAI) where he is also a member of committee managing education and continuing legal education.
